On April 30, 2008 as many of you already know, NW Spine Management will no long be in business.

We appreciate your patronage during the course of your treatment with NW Spine.  It has been a privilege to actively participate in your physical therapy and in your lives.

The Billing Service will continue to collect the outstanding accounts receivables.  Any questions or concerns regarding your monthly statement should be directed to the Billing Service at 503-646-2946.  The mailing address for payment to NW Spine remains the same as indicated on the monthly statement.

Please check back for updates as this site will be up for 6months. We will post when and if the MedX equipment finds a home locally. As a company, we take pride in having provided such a unique and positive physical therapy experience to all of our patients. We wish the very best to all of you.
